You can tell if you are living in the present moment because you will be clear that
in this moment there is nothing going on other that what is going on.
The moment you bring your awareness to just what is happening now,
you realize that everything "bad" that you think about this "NOW" is stuff that
you've added. It is stuff that is not really there. You are placing it there with your thought.
All you have to do to get rid of the pain of what is happening now is to stop adding the
pain TO what is happening now. Pull the plug! Drain the moment of the bad past
or the unwelcome future. Have a new thought about Right Now - and have it right now.
What if your loved one has just died? Or your relationship has just ended? Or you
lost your job or your house?
These are difficult stress filled moments and you cannot pretend that they are not.
Events such as these challenge every belief we may have that we live in a friendly
universe. Only the soul's absolute knowing that , when all is said and done,
everything is happening for the best of all concerned can bring us peace in
a time such as this.
All is well that ends well if you let go and let God. Just allow whatever change
is occuring to occur without opposition. It does not mean doing nothing but
it means do not resist.
Non-resistance delivers us from what is Imagined and awakens us to what is Apparent,
finally showing us the Actual Truth. It is about "......delivering us from evil....."
Suddenly options are open to us that seemed utterly blocked just moments before.
Everything change with a change in point of view.
