Immortality is a state of consciousness!
It can be achieved if we can change our perception of time.
Our idea and perception of time as Past, Present and Future is the one that makes us powerless, make us believed that we have no control over ourselves.
This is because our definition of time is not totally correct. Our normal definition of time has never been questioned. We all take it for granted. Everyone thinks of the Past, Present, and the Future as “solid”. What is obvious is overlooked.
Physical immortality consciousness is achieved by fully knowing that, “the future does not exist.”
Everyone thinks of the Past, Present, and the Future as somehow being "solid", period. The future is something that we look forward and the past something that we can look back. This is one of the biggest false assumptions ever made concerning reality.
In reality the past is already gone and the future is nowhere in sight. What happens if this is realized? One comes to the immediate and full realization that the “future” can only be created from right this second.
This is a very powerful realization why? Because this means that we have full control over our “future”.
The normal view is that since there is a future “out there”, my power is limited.
The same thing with the “past”, the past does not exist. You will probably argue, sure it does, and I experienced it. Yes, you did, but can you show it to me now? No, you can’t.
With the realization too that the past also does not exist, one gains immense Power.
It is simply thru realizing this concept that the human regains his rightful Power back. And there are two ways of viewing this new paradigm.
The past and the future do not exist, and you are creating them from each succeeding NOW you experience.
There are an infinite number of pasts, and an infinite number of futures, and you choose which one you want to experience at each succeeding NOW.
When we are in the present moment, we pull in all of our resources and we become a creative channel. When we are in the past, we are separated from our power. When we worry about the future, we are also suggesting that we are without power.
We react or we recreate. When we are in the past or the future, we are reacting. When we are reacting we are without power.
This is about powerfulness and connection.
When we are in the present moment, we are creative because we have our inner resources available. They are there to begin to change our ideas and our thought forms.
This then is the meaning of the phrase “The Eternal Now”.
This of course applies to anything and everything.
The concept is, if you know it with out a doubt, that you are creating the “future” from second to second, then, that is the secret of achieving immortality consciousness!
If you don’t, then you do what everyone else does.
